The Rural Bridge website is a software programme that requires maintenance and security and improvement updates, meaning that services may be temporarily affected or disabled. Rural Bridge will notify of these maintenance periods whenever possible, but will not be held responsible in any case for any inconvenience caused by them.
Similarly, the website is hosted on servers (computer equipment) that may experience temporary outages due to maintenance or other force majeure events, and Rural Bridge shall be exempt from any problems related to service unavailability in such situations.
Rural Bridge shall not be liable in any event for damages arising from the User's use of computer equipment and/or networks to which they connect, as well as for any other reason beyond Rural Bridge's control, including service outages, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns, etc.

Product descriptions and prices
The prices shown in the shop and in the shopping cart on this website will be displayed in Euros, always including VAT.
Despite our best efforts to keep the information on the website up to date and complete, errors may occur in the prices shown or in product descriptions.
In the event that a User has completed a purchase process and Rural Bridge detects an error in one or more of the prices that make up said purchase, we will notify the User of this problem, who may opt to cancel the purchase at no cost.
Likewise, if we detect that the description shown for a product does not match reality, we will contact the User as soon as possible, with the possibility of the User terminating the contract also being applicable.
Website payments
Any potential discounts and/or additional costs that affect the total order cost will be shown in the shopping basket before the purchase process is confirmed, so that the User can verify and confirm them before proceeding to the payment gateway.
These additional costs include those relating to shipping expenses, which may be covered by Rural Bridge in the event of a promotion to that effect and provided that the stipulated conditions for benefiting from it are met.
Payment can be made by bank card (both debit and credit) or by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order.
Upon payment by card, the website will redirect you to the Payment gateway provided by the entity Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA). This gateway provides a safe environment in which the User must complete their bank card details. As set out in the User Obligations section of this document, the User agrees to provide only accurate and true information during this process. Rural Bridge will not be able to access the information from this payment gateway under any circumstances; this transaction is solely between the User and the BBVA entity.
Deliveries
The dispatch of products purchased by the User will be carried out as soon as possible, taking into account business hours and product availability.
Shipments of purchases made on the website will be handled by the company Correos using the Correos Express service. This service guarantees delivery within 48 working hours. If the delivery deadline is not met, the User must contact Rural Bridge as soon as possible.
The User undertakes to provide true delivery details, to an address where delivery by Correos is possible.
Rural Bridge shall not be held responsible in any case for delivery delays, and Correos (the Spanish postal service) shall be liable according to its terms and conditions of service.
Rural Bridge may cancel a shipment if: (i) the destination is outside the area where Rural Bridge or Correos operates, (ii) the shipping address does not exist, (iii) the shipping address is unreachable, and/or (iv) one or more of the ordered products are no longer available and no agreement is reached between the User and Rural Bridge for their replacement.
Cancellation and returns
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with Rural Bridge, without needing to provide a reason, within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of the purchase. If the same order is delivered in different packages, the date will be considered from the receipt of the last package.
For health and hygiene protection reasons, returns of products that have been opened, show signs of use, or whose security seal has been torn or tampered with will not be accepted. The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. In the case of faulty products not manufactured by Rural Bridge, the warranty will be that stipulated by the manufacturer(s) of such products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must contact Rural Bridge with said decision before the aforementioned period expires, indicating the order number and the email address with which the order was placed, as well as any additional comments they wish to communicate to the Rural Bridge team. The User will receive confirmation of the withdrawal and an address to which they will have to send the product(s) in a condition equal to or similar to how they were received. The right of withdrawal does not apply when product customisation has been expressly requested for the user. Likewise, withdrawal does not apply when a service has been contracted.
The return of the product(s) to Rural Bridge will be the responsibility of the User and, likewise, the User will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
On receipt and verification of the integrity of the returned product(s), Rural Bridge will issue a refund of the amount paid by the User within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, unless the User explicitly communicates a different preference.
