The R2R Programme supports in life self-management through entrepreneurship to women and migrant and refugee individuals residing in rural areas of Spain and Italy.

Over its 5 months, you will get key results with the following activities from our Programme:

Incubation Programme

Through a 5-month incubation programme, we offer practical tools on an accessible technological platform, personalised support through tailored mentoring, specialised entrepreneurship training and strategic alliances to drive the talent and innovation of those who need it most.

Practical guide

An accessible guide will be developed that centralises key information on the knowledge needed to start your own business, training, legislation, and a sustainable outlook in rural entrepreneurship, ensuring the active participation of women and migrant and refugee populations in territorial development.

Final event

A hybrid results presentation and networking event will be organised in January 2027, which will function as a meeting place for migrants, rural entrepreneurs, social entities and institutions.

Training course

A training course in the agricultural sector will be delivered in 3 modules, with a total of 17 topics taught digitally by professionals in the sector.

This material serves to expand on the information given in the course and will help in the development of regenerative business models and the cultivation of carob.
